# Welk Resorts – Desert Oasis

GMP provided conceptual landscape architecture design and site planning services for the Welk Resorts Desert Oasis project located in Palm Springs, California. This was a total project redesign of an existing 1.15-acre recreation center.
Features of the design included a new 6,900 square foot resort-style pool, cove-style spa, children’s wading pool, waterfall, and interactive water play area tucked into extensive rock work. The working installation budget for this project was $1.2M-$1.5M.
