Jefferson Platinum Triangle is a 400-unit apartment building project on 7.75 acres. Apartment amenities include 1) two main rec areas with pools and spas, 2) courtyard spaces offering firepits, a fireplace, an outdoor kitchen, BBQ grills, lounge areas, steel and canvas shade structures, ping pong tables, and a dog wash area, and 3) a rooftop deck with outdoor kitchen, a TV lounge area, a firepit, bar counter seating, and a steel overhead shade trellis. GMP’s involvement in the design process includes conceptual design, construction drawings, and construction administration
